This notice is written for UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and it also explains our practices for visitors in the United States.

• Whatever you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Your cookie choice (accept or reject), stored in your browser.
• If you consent and the IDs are set, GA4 and the Meta Pixel collect page-view data. If the IDs are unset, those scripts do not load.

• To reply to your message (steps before a contract, or legitimate interests).
• To prepare a proposal or perform a contract (contract).
• Analytics and ad measurement, only with your consent. If you reject or withdraw consent, the scripts are not loaded.

Form messages are emailed to us through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. After consent, Google (GA4) and Meta may receive pixel data. We do not sell personal information.

We work from Bangladesh. Vercel, Resend, Google and Meta may process data in the United States and other countries. For information sent from the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses where they apply.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and keep a record of the conversation, and not longer than two years after the last message, unless a contract or the law requires more. Your cookie choice stays in the browser until you clear it.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. In the UK you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Send requests to marketivitybd@gmail.com.

United States visitors: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. To opt out of any future sale or share, email the same address. We will not discriminate against you for exercising that choice.

This site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
